Imperial Waste Solutions offers a complete dumpster service with all sizes from 10 to 40 yard containers including additional special services according to certain debris hauling and dump concerns.

ORDERING PROCESS

Your order is only a call away. Live representation always to ensure accuracy and efficiency to remove any question marks or concerns about your order and service as expected. To process your order starts with a call that will verify your request, seek best price and area service vendor or hauler. You will receive an email with all the information about your order that you would only have to reply back with YES to accept. You will then receive the contract and payment forms to complete and return to schedule your service request.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 We are a family owned business with over 10 years experience. Our vendors are all severely vetted to offer services with staff and truck drivers that have years of experience and qualified for accurate delivery placements and safety for all equipment.

DELIVERY VERIFICATION

 Every delivery or dumpster movement is photographed with a location, date and time stamped on each picture for an absolute verification of service request. This extra step provides and confirms delivery service requests according to instructions indicating, drop location, time, accountable reliability and safe deliveries.

WEIGHT LIMIT VERIFICATION

 We copy the weight tickets to verify any over weight limit extra costs.You will receive an invoice separately for each job with a copy of the weight ticket, date and time stamped photo of the dumpster on-site attached.

INDEMNIFICATION

Upon delivery of the dumpster or other equipment, the contractor will not be responsible for any fines or extra costs unless notified on the invoice and accepted, as additional franchise fees or such, as necessary for that location.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND INVENTORY PROVISIONS

Our large inventory of all size dumpsters, equipment, trucks (dumpster roll-off and compactors), experienced drivers, staff and years of industry experience, gives us the pricing edge to make sure that you will always receive the best pricing and service. Our dumpster, compactor pick up and delivery and other equipment rental services are all available on weekends if orders are requested within the time required. 

NO JOB TOO BIG

We also have the wherewithal due to our large equipment inventory, to designate a truck to remain on-site for that requests the extra service without interruption or delay to that job sites schedule. This also would include any number of dumpsters and/or other equipment that would be needed. Our unlimited ability to offer any and all dedicated job-site services is what sets us apart from the rest. We also provide special debris hauling services.

DISASTER RELIEF

Experience and equipment readiness. We are constantly prepared for any deployment of equipment and professional staffing if requested to participate in any disaster relief.

BIDDING PROCESS IF REQUESTED

The bidding process depends on certain requirements and conditions of each individual job site. There is no bid dollar amount or guesstimate that could be given until the following information is reviewed. We would need to know the type of debris, job site size if several dumpsters would be required, swap outs, and job timing. Certain debris are limited to a particular size dumpster. All of these items are part of the bidding estimate process that provides us the flexibility to aggressively discount and bid to participate as one of your vendors. We can also bid by each dumpster according to size, weight limit, number of estimated swap requests (dump and return), number of dumpsters per job site and estimated time for service request (start and finish dates). There is separate flat rate pricing for special debris hauling. Reminder, all pricing is flexible according to job requests. Once this information is given to our Commercial Planning Job Site Team, they would be able to give you a cost break-down by dumpster size, swap outs and special debris hauling . The only unknown additional cost would be over the weight limit determined by the dumpster size and the dump site weight ticket.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dumpsters are only to be moved or relocated by Imperial Waste Solutions and not the contractor or their workers.
